Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Custom Orders: For custom orders please allow up to 3-4 weeks for approval, processing, designing, and shipping.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery:
I ship orders via USPS depending on your location and the size of your package. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where I Ship:

  • Domestic (USA): Shipping available to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

  • International: I currently ship to select countries. If you're outside the U.S. and don’t see your country at checkout, feel free to contact me.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs for international shipments.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and preferred carrier. You may be able to choose your carrier (USPS) during checkout when available.

Customs & Import Taxes:
International buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If you need help navigating an issue, feel free to contact me—I’ll do my best to support you.
